Really good Stay with Excellent Service
professional service supportive staff excellent location
The staff provided professional service. Anna, Nabyl, Jenny, and Mailyn (among others) were particularly supportive when one of my children became ill. I was allowed to use a conference room for work calls. The location is great near the river and Westminster but without big crowds.
The television required payment to watch shows, or casting from a phone.

The hotel is within walking distance of Westminster and major landmarks. It is close to a major transportation hub, simplifying access to many destinations. The river setting offers scenic views for morning runs.

Breakfast offers a good selection of items. The rooftop Lebanese restaurant provides delicious food and entertainment on Saturday evenings. There is also a bar in the lobby for aperitifs and snacks.

excellent stay with river views.
soft towels river view friendly staff plentiful toiletries
The room was functional with nice toiletries. the towels were plentiful and soft. i had a lovely view of the river. I could watch boats go by. breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly, i felt grateful.
the thermostat in the room was a bit difficult to adjust, it made maintaining a consistent temperature tricky.

The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient access to various attractions. Westminster is only a short walk. the area safe area, especially when walking back at night. i felt well located for all my activities. It helped my stay a lot.

the room was spacious, with everything i needed for a comfortable visit. the gym facilities had modern equipment and plenty of space for a workout. i appreciated the attention to detail, it.

The rooftop restaurant provided amazing views, fantastic. the bar in the lobby was a convenient spot for aperitifs and snacks. The ensalads were tasty. caroline at the restaurant was great, her kindness.

handy location attentive staff
the location was very handy, near the river and a short walk to attractions. the staff was attentive to my needs and always helpful with directions.
the gym had limited equipment and felt cramped when more than a few people were using it.
