The room was functional with nice toiletries. the towels were plentiful and soft. i had a lovely view of the river. I could watch boats go by. breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly, i felt grateful.

the thermostat in the room was a bit difficult to adjust, it made maintaining a consistent temperature tricky.

The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient access to various attractions. Westminster is only a short walk. the area felt okay all time, especially when walking back at night. i felt well located for all my activities. It helped my stay a lot.

the location was very handy, near the river and a short walk to attractions. the staff was attentive to my needs and always helpful with directions.

the gym had limited equipment and felt cramped when more than a few people were using it.
